The new organ sings!

The new organ was first heard during worship, Sunday morning, February 26, 2006. To the delight of all, former Minister of Music, Joe Arndt, gave a tour of the new instrument immediately following, as shown in pictures below. Keep watching these pages for the announcement of the first recital on this wonderful new addition to the St. John church family!

The new console is in!

The new organ console was installed the week of February 13, 2006, and work immediately began on voicing the pipes and electronic components. Here are some views of how the work was progressing the weekend of February 18th. You can see Zimmer Organ representative, Jim, working diligently to get the organ sound just right.
